Shipping & Refunds


Please allow up to 5 weeks on promotional sale products and/or promotional shipping.  Shipping times vary depending on the country and the postal services within that country.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


To return your product, you should first contact us by email found on the CONTACT US page found of this website. The purchaser will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or Fabulous Freebies cannot be refunded.

At The Bags-N-Bling Store, our top priority is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our store, you may return the item however if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • A 15% restocking fee is charged for returned items unless the return is due to our error
  • Items not returned in all original packaging will be have an extra 10% fee on top of the 15% restocking fee
  • You must pay the return shipping expense unless the return is due to our error
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products can be exchanged only one time within the 30 days of receiving the item
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received  it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  •  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.                                                     

To start a return, please send us a message with a brief description for the return. If your purchase was defective or tarnished, please provide us photos of the item(s) for confirmation.

We cannot accept returns on any used, damaged, or altered items. Our policies are firm, but we will do everything we can to work with you to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience at The Bags-N-Bling Store.


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and may take 3-5 business days for the reversal to fully process.
Please Note:
The refund(s) may take up to a week from receiving your return to be issued. We check our PO Box every other business day, and we will contact you when we receive your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact PayPal or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)                                                

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form on this site.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and not shipped directly to you and you have requested exchange, the exchange (if accepted) will be shipped to the original shipping address.
